Reverts Bio3-formatted SEQ+VAB data (*.bgm) to Sony format.

The VB file must be present in the same folder!

example:

bgmtool main00.bgm

output:

main00\main00_0000.seq
main00\main00.vh
main00\main00.vb



about bgm format:

...standard Sony PSone data with custom headers. This utility simply
rips data from a bgm and produces files with proper Sony headers. The
output data can then be converted to PSF format, etc.
