    Thank you for using SCMPX.
    SCMPX plays and executes file format conversion of MPEG audio files 
    on MS-Windows.
    It has a decoder and encoder itself, so you don't need Windows ACM. 
    SCMPX is a free software.  If you have any questions, please send 
    e-mail to me.



<< System Requirements (for playing files.) >>

   - A sound card that supports 16bit output (such as SoundBlaster).
   - i486DX4 or better CPU (for playing MPEG-1/Audio layer-III, Pentium 
     is recommended).
   - More than 256 color display mode.  In 16 color mode, colors doesn't 
     appear correctly.



<< Installation and Uninstall >>

    Installation:
        Create a folder and unzip the ZIP archive into it.


    Uninstall:
        Delete SCMPX*.* file/directory.  SCMPX doesn't use the registry.
