Known missing songs:
Good Night (couldn't figure out the problem with it, and didn't particularly
care. it's short.)
A bunch of streamed songs.

Unknown tracks:
There's a few that need IDing, as well as some variants of Song of Prayer and
Other World.  The last Other World alternate is one giant 1-meg sample, which
is kinda funny since there's a slight gap at the loop end where the root
counters end up out-of-sync with the SPU2 resamplers.  ;)

Driver notes:
Custom IOPSOUND.IRX driver (I'm assuming Akao wrote it, though I didn't see
any names attached).  To call this thing a RPC/threading nightmare would be a
gross understatement.  Hence the slight lag at the beginning of each song
under emulation.  Unfortnuately, I was unable to test it on my real PS2 due
to the fact that it needs 1.2 megs of IOP memory.
