.hack//Outbreak PSF2 set - ripped by DJ Surface
Since this set has a few glitched files(see bottom) it is open to re-ripping 
to see if these problems can be fixed.  It is a CSL rip, meaning that it can be
done using Niell's PSF2 ripping program.  Please feel free to give it a try.
Also, since some songs are missing, you might want to try the 4th game in the
.hack// series (Mutation?), since it is possible it has more music in it
(though I have no idea if that is the case or not).

  - Trimmed and fix header 'lambda.sq'.
119c dgn01 (Common Cave Dungeon ~ Battle) (Variation)
  - Fixed, psf2 file only contained SQ/BD/HD files.  Added IRXs and .ini file.
