   0.33a      2 / 13 / 98   Added support for Impulse Tracker ST3 extensions
                            Set Surround, Tick Delay, and moved the Master
                            Volume Slide command number to the appropriate
                            number ...  The other ST3 extensions are working
                            fine, especially Panbrello which I also fixed
                            in this release.
                            Switched over to PMODE/W for DOS extension
                            because it's faster and the EXE file is now alot
                            smaller.

                            NOTE : This corrupts the free heap display, who
                                   cares tho' right?  :)

                            things changed since .31a is addition of
