    * Minor change in Xrns2Midi to use a cyclic channel when number instruments are beyond the number of 0-15 Midi channels.
    * A Windows Installer of NRenoiseTools for end users ((With shortcuts creation in program's menu and desktop)
    * A Refactoring of building process to simplify the creation of serializers and to include documentation and windows installer creation in the build.
    * The format file used is built on top of the Renoise 1.9.1 release.
